Description1.Identification and assessment of potential farmers/ producers / SMES in the targeted UCs of District Hyderabad & Karachi.2.Identification of Community Resource Person (CRPS) for project village data facilitation and coordination. 3.Provide business mobilization and motivation to the potential SMES. 4.Conduct a village meeting with males SMES and assist the team during field visit. 5.Encourage and ensure active participation in SMES activities.6.Identify female SMES especially in livestock entrepreneurs and provide assistant in formation of Female Entrepreneurs Group (FEG). 7.Provide assistance to the potential SMES for the formation of Farmer Market Collectives (FMC) at District level. 8.Take notes, collect information from the target villages and prepare field report, summaries, briefing notes, implementation plans and roadmaps with the team leader. 9.Prepare and implement a coordination response to the identified SMES. 10.Design and plan out processes and approaches to improve and deliver project objective efficiently to the target SMES. 11.Ensure the integration of business mobilization activities into communication and advocacy campaigns and initiatives to improve business policy and regulation. 12.Ensure farmer/producers include the most potential SMES in matching grants and financial assistance/loans.13.Promote the project objectives by providing substantive inputs for stories, articles and other PR activities in consultation with the PM and other team members.14.Perform others duties as per project requirements.
